At The Lighthouse Retreat, we value collaboration and believe in building meaningful partnerships. Our Exchange Program is designed to create mutual benefits for yoga teachers and our retreat venue while ensuring a seamless guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

We invite yoga teachers who can bring value beyond their classes. To participate in the Exchange Program, you must fulfill one of the following roles:

1. Yoga Instructor with a Client Base

   • Bring a group of 5 or more paying participants to host a retreat at The Lighthouse.

   • Receive free accommodation for yourself and additional perks based on group size.

2. Yoga & Marketing Specialist

   • Teach 3-5 yoga classes per week for our retreat guests.

   • Assist with sales and marketing efforts, such as promoting retreats online, managing social media, or building partnerships.

3. Event Organizer & Teacher

   • Help organize and host a special event or retreat.

   • Promote the event within your network and bring in participants.

Program Details

• Duration: Minimum stay of 7 days, depending on the arrangement.

• Contributions: A mix of teaching, sales, or promotional efforts tailored to your strengths.

• Selection Process: Submit an application including:

  • Your teaching credentials and experience.

  • Details of your client base or marketing expertise.

  • A proposal outlining how you can contribute to The Lighthouse Retreat.
